Welcome to Snowy River WilderNest Retreat

Are you needing a “DIGITAL DETOX”- no phones, no TV,no stress??!! We have the perfect place for you!

Snowy River WilderNest is a totally unique, 350 Acre bush property on the banks of the famous Snowy River. We are ideally situated between Orbost & Buchan, and only 45mins from Marlo & Lakes Entrance. We also operate as a mixed cattle, sheep & Red deer farm.

Bordering the Snowy River National Park and State Forest, we have an abundance of wildlife, more than fifty species of birds, as well as the rivers own array of wildlife including platypus, and the frightfully named but harmless Snowy River Crocodile (Also known as the Eastern Water Dragon).

The area has a very mild climate, sheltered from prevailing winds in a spectacular setting, with wildlife and state forest our closest neighbours.
